Stefan Andrasek
Stefan runs Google Ads for brands where paid search is a core acquisition channel. 8+ years, 100+ accounts, markets across the US, UK, and DACH region.
He came up through agency environments (Degordian, GoClick, Croud UK) before building his own practice in 2016. Over the years he’s worked across eCommerce, health and wellness, supplements, beauty, SaaS, and coaching brands, with monthly spend ranging from $10k to $450k+.
His work covers Search, Shopping, and Performance Max. Certified Google Ads specialist with hands-on experience across GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Center, feed optimization tools, attribution tools, and custom-built scripts.

He focuses on building content that answers real user needs while helping businesses communicate their offer clearly and effectively. Aleksandar Slavković
Aleksandar has spent 5+ years building performance marketing systems for B2B SaaS and tech companies across European, US, and Middle East markets. He learned the craft working alongside mentors and senior practitioners, later deepening his experience through agency work across SaaS, tech, e-commerce, coaching, and professional services.
He operates across the full paid media stack – Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Quora – which means he understands how different channels feed into each other and where in the buying cycle each one does its job.
Certified in Google Ads Search, App, and Video. He specializes in the gap between marketing and sales, and has experience working with monthly budgets from $5k to $150k+.
In every account, the focus is the same: conversion tracking tied to real business outcomes, campaigns structured around buyer intent, and a relentless push toward cost-per-SQL rather than only cost-per-lead.

Lazar Dozic
Lazar is an SEO and AI visibility strategist helping B2B SaaS companies get discovered and lead conversion through Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. With 7+ years of experience spanning B2B SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, coaching, and IT, the focus now sits at the intersection of traditional SEO and Answer Engine Optimization, positioning brands as the recommended choice for AI-generated answers.
Primary emphasis on working with Series A, B, and C startups on prompt-content alignment, citation strategy, and AI visibility tracking. Most recently, that work has extended into building some of the most advanced AEO tools on the market.

Nikola Stojanović
Nikola is a software engineer with a decade in the Apple native ecosystem, specializing in iOS and iPadOS applications, who works just as comfortably across the full stack – from modern web front ends to high-throughput backend services.
He’s spent much of his career as a contractor, with engagements spanning global online marketplaces, enterprise healthcare platforms, and one of the world’s largest energy groups – the kind of organizations that operate at serious scale, where systems serve hundreds of millions of users and reliability is non-negotiable.
Alongside product work, Nikola is a seasoned platform engineer who has owned the CI infrastructure behind repositories worked on daily by hundreds of engineers. More recently he’s gone deep on the AI tooling layer as an Anthropic-certified Claude Code expert, designing and operating advanced AI systems and orchestrating swarms and loops of coding agents.
The throughline is range and scale: an engineer trusted to operate inside large, complex organizations, moving fluidly from native mobile to web to backend to the platform and AI layers that hold modern engineering together.

Andrija Shagi
Andrija is a backend and infrastructure engineer with 12+ years building applications, from small-business websites to full-scale enterprise solutions. His focus is the parts users never see – data models, services, and infrastructure built to scale – though he’s worked across the full stack.
Over his career he’s covered nearly every technical role: full-stack developer, DevOps, system architect, team lead, and project manager, including several years in crypto where he served as CTO of a startup. That breadth lets him own a product end to end, from architecture decisions down to deployment.
And he’s as effective with people as he is with machines, leading teams and turning complex builds into software that actually ships.

Srdjan Radulovic
Srdjan is a senior WordPress & web developer with a strong understanding of business development, online sales and the way companies use their websites in real life. He started working on websites in the early 2010s, first with local clients, and later on projects for wider international markets.
His work is shaped by a simple idea: a website has to earn its place in the business. It should explain the offer clearly, make the company look trustworthy, guide visitors without confusion, support sales or enquiries, and be practical for the team that has to use it every day.
He has especially deep experience with online shops and business websites, where small details can make a big difference. Product pages, category structure, buying flow, trust signals, speed, search visibility and customer confidence all matter. Srdjan understands how these parts connect, and how a weak decision in one area can affect the whole result.
His work is focused exclusively on custom WordPress websites, built without page builders or unnecessary plugins. This allows each website to be tailored to the client, easier to maintain, faster to load and more reliable in long-term use.
